What volume is needed for enterprise pricing? +

Automatic volume discounts start at 50 credits and apply to every credit in the order: 50 credits = 2% off, 100 = 5%, 500 = 10%, 1,000 = 15%. For custom volumes above 1,000 credits, contact us for enterprise pricing.

Can we integrate with our ATS? +

Yes. Our REST API supports invitation creation and results retrieval, and any ATS that can call an HTTPS API or consume webhooks can integrate with the platform. We do not publish pre-built certified connectors — integrations are built on the REST API by your team or ours on request. Full API documentation and developer support included.

Is SSO available? +

On request. OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect sign-in via Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and LinkedIn is built but is not enabled on the public sign-in page — we enable it per account on request, so tell us during onboarding if you need it. SAML 2.0 is on the roadmap but not yet available — contact us if SAML is a requirement and we will confirm timing.

Can we customise the test experience? +

You can set custom pass thresholds, add co-branding, configure product mix per invitation, and customise email templates. Question content remains standardised to maintain the validity of our benchmark scoring system.

What data protection compliance do you offer? +

We are compliant with UK GDPR, EU GDPR, PIPEDA (Canada), and CCPA (California). Enterprise clients can request a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA) under GDPR Article 28 - delivered within 5 business days.

How quickly can we get started? +

Enterprise onboarding typically takes 5-10 business days depending on requirements. This includes account setup, co-branding configuration (if selected), API access provisioning, and team training sessions.
