Deletion requests
Nothing is deleted automatically. Anyone may ask for their personal information to be deleted. We first confirm your identity: if you have an account, by signing in with your password; if you do not, by a confirmation link sent to the email address on record. Your personal information is then deleted, except records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices for tax, which are kept for the required period. To ask, email [email protected] with the subject line "Deletion request". Actioned within 30 days. Anonymized aggregate score data may be retained for benchmarking; no personally identifying information remains.
