Can I mix tests in one invitation? +
Yes. A custom multi-test package (e.g. ET + IVT + GT) counts as one credit, regardless of how many tests are included.
What payment methods do you accept? +
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe Checkout. No card data is stored on our servers.
Can I get a refund on unused credits? +
Credits are non-refundable once purchased, but they never expire so there is no urgency to use them.
