Pattern A shows a trilaminar or triple-line appearance with a hypoechoic central line, considered most favorable for implantation. Pattern B displays intermediate echogenicity with unclear triple line, while Pattern C appears homogeneously hyperechoic. These patterns reflect the degree of estrogen and progesterone influence and are used alongside endometrial thickness to assess receptivity for embryo transfer.
