A group of congenital conditions characterized by incomplete fusion of facial structures during embryonic development, resulting in gaps in the lip, alveolus, and/or palate. Treatment requires a coordinated multidisciplinary approach involving surgery, orthodontics, speech therapy, and psychological support throughout childhood and adolescence.
