A sequence of developmental anomalies characterized by micrognathia (small jaw), cleft palate, and glossoptosis (posterior displacement of the tongue). This combination can cause significant airway obstruction and feeding difficulties in newborns. The condition may occur in isolation or as part of various genetic syndromes.
