All-on-4® is a trademarked treatment concept developed by Paulo Maló and marketed by Nobel Biocare, involving the strategic placement of four implants in the edentulous arch to support an immediately loaded fixed prosthesis. The two posterior implants are tilted at up to 45° to engage denser anterior bone and avoid anatomical structures such as the maxillary sinuses and inferior alveolar nerve. Editors must apply the trademark registration symbol (®) on first use in commercial or brand contexts and use a hyphen between each element of the name. Generic descriptions of this approach (using four tilted/axial implants for full-arch rehabilitation) should not be rendered with the trademarked name.
