Patient condition with adequate blood pressure, heart rate, and perfusion parameters not requiring immediate intervention.

Full Definition

A clinical state where a patient's cardiovascular system is maintaining adequate tissue perfusion without the need for vasopressor support or immediate resuscitation. Typically characterized by systolic blood pressure greater than 90 mmHg, heart rate between 60-100 beats per minute, normal mental status, adequate urine output, and stable hemoglobin levels. In emergency surgery, hemodynamic stability influences surgical timing, approach, and decision-making between immediate versus delayed intervention.
