Although there is no single universally adopted grading system for erythroderma, several published scoring tools assess parameters including percentage body surface area involvement, systemic features (fever, lymphadenopathy, oedema), and haematological markers. The term 'erythroderma grading' must not be confused with the PASI score, which is psoriasis-specific and not applicable to all causes of erythroderma.
