The Bromage Score is a clinical assessment tool that rates motor block intensity on a scale from 0 to 3, where 0 indicates no motor block (full flexion of knees and feet), 1 indicates inability to raise extended leg but able to flex knees and feet, 2 indicates inability to flex knees but able to flex feet, and 3 indicates complete motor block with inability to move legs or feet.
