A specialized dental radiographic technique that produces a single image showing all teeth, jaws, temporomandibular joints, and surrounding structures in one view. The patient's head rotates around the X-ray source to create this comprehensive image. OPGs are valuable for diagnosis of impacted teeth, cysts, tumors, and planning for oral surgery procedures.
