Cardiac rhythm disturbances that manifest during exercise or in the immediate recovery period, often indicating underlying cardiac pathology in athletes. These may include ventricular ectopy, supraventricular tachycardia, or more dangerous arrhythmias like ventricular tachycardia. Exercise-induced arrhythmias require careful evaluation as they may represent the first manifestation of inherited cardiomyopathies, channelopathies, or ischemic heart disease. The timing, morphology, and hemodynamic tolerance of these arrhythmias guide management decisions.
