An endograft, also known as a stent-graft, is a covered metallic framework designed to exclude aneurysms from circulation when deployed intraluminally. These devices consist of a metallic stent skeleton covered with graft material (typically polyester or PTFE). Endografts are delivered through small arterial access sites and positioned using fluoroscopic guidance, offering a less invasive alternative to open surgical repair for suitable anatomies.
