An expanded version of the HEADSS assessment that includes additional domains of Employment and Activities. The mnemonic guides healthcare providers through sensitive topics in a developmentally appropriate manner, ensuring comprehensive care that addresses both physical and mental health concerns during the critical adolescent period.
