Coronary Artery Disease Reporting and Data System (CAD-RADS) is a standardized classification scheme for reporting coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA) results. The system uses categories 0-5 and N to indicate increasing severity of coronary stenosis, with specific management recommendations for each category. CAD-RADS also includes modifiers for high-risk plaque features, stent assessment, and bypass graft evaluation. This standardized reporting improves communication between radiologists and clinicians while providing evidence-based guidance for subsequent management decisions.
