Monitoring protocols should specify which parameters to assess, measurement frequency, normal response ranges, and criteria for exercise modification or termination. Advanced monitoring may utilize wearable devices, smartphone applications, or telemedicine platforms for remote assessment. This data informs clinical decision-making regarding exercise progression, identifies adverse responses, and provides objective evidence of treatment effectiveness.
