The most extensive form of orbital surgery involving complete removal of the globe, extraocular muscles, orbital fat, and often the eyelids and portions of the orbital bones. This procedure is typically reserved for advanced malignancies that have extensively invaded orbital tissues or cases where tumor margins cannot be safely achieved with less radical surgery. The procedure may be total, subtotal, or extended depending on tumor extent and involvement of adjacent structures.
