Clear Cell Sarcoma of Kidney (CCSK) is an uncommon pediatric renal malignancy that accounts for approximately 5% of childhood kidney cancers. It is characterized by its distinctive clear cell morphology under microscopy and tends to have a more aggressive clinical course than Wilms tumor. CCSK has a propensity for bone and brain metastases and requires intensive multimodal therapy. The tumor is often referred to as the 'bone-metastasizing renal tumor of childhood' due to its unique metastatic pattern.
